Various video works throughout the past 5–6 years

My video works have been the foundation of my ability to create exhibitions, video installations, and live performances. I am drawn to more deconstructed ways of recording, often stemming from feelings of unreality or a sense that reality itself was somehow distorted. Filming everything became a way for me to self-soothe and make sense of those feelings.

I also enjoy documenting my life, especially using a cheap camera. I would spend hours in the studio at university recording myself, compiling the footage into videos, and then moving on to the next project. This process of continuous recording and editing became an important part of both my creative practice and my daily life.
